Eligibility for Returns

• You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags/packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Exemptions
We cannot accept returns for:

• Items marked as final sale.

• Products that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo so we can resolve it promptly.

Return Process

1. Email us at info@purereignclothing.com to request a return authorization.

2. We’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back.

3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange.

Important Notes

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
